Grease filters and replacements:
Our high quality grease filters come in three types:
1. Stainless steel cells with stainless mesh and stainless pads
- Efficient and very long lasting if kept clean and maintained
- A good value grease filter cell
2. Stainless steel baffle cell
- Very efficient where there is a high rate of extraction
- Long life with good maintenance
- Very cost-effective in these circumstances
3. Continuous grease filter
- Efficient grease particle separation
- Grease drains from the filters into pots
- Easily removed and cleaned
4. Replacements
- Stainless steel baffle cells
- Stainless steel cells with throwaway replacement pads
- Standard sizes are kept in stock, special sizes can be made to order
Lights and stainless steel cladding:
1. Fluorescent lights
- ‘Ledaire luxlite’ has been designed for use in kitchen environments
- Cases made from aluminium or T304 stainless steel
- Designed for hinged or ‘lift-out’ application
2. Diffusers in Lexan diffused polycarbonate
- Protects light fittings from extremely high temperatures
- If kept in the supply air stream, lights can be supplied with single, twin or triple tubes
- Quantities designed to suit the size of hood and the required lux
- Normally 500 lux is sufficient for working top level in most kitchens
- Column casings can be produced in stainless steel
3. Cladding
- Can cut, fold and weld profiles in stainless steel to form wall panelling, screens etc
- Made from T304 Stainless Steel forming a wipe down surface
- Wall panelling suitable for kitchens and laboratories
- Specially made sections up to 3 metres long in 14g - 20g
- Ideal for infill pieces between stainless steel units
- Suitable for covers over pipes etc
- Heavy-gauge corner protection angles in stainless steel
- Door kicking plates, finger plates, trolley barriers, skirting or architraves
